Ukraine closes checkpoints: Prime Minister Denis Shmsgal said that Ukraine temporarily closes checkpoints on the border with Russia and Belarus. At the same time, Ukrainians will be able to return home from these countries without hindrance.
It is reported by Medico topics with reference to his statement during a briefing.
“The government has decided to temporarily close checkpoints across the state border with Russia and Belarus. A very important point. Citizens of Ukraine who are on the territory of these countries and want to return home will be able to enter Ukraine calmly and without hindrance. And we urge: come back, prove that you are on the side of the world,” Shmygal said.
Recall that due to martial law, it is forbidden for Ukrainian men aged 18 to 60 to leave the country.
At the same time, the State Border Service of Ukraine has compiled a list of grounds that allow men of military age to leave the state. See below

Under martial law, for men aged 18-60, travel outside Ukraine is restricted. However, there are a number of exceptions that allow citizens to still cross the state border.

- conclusion of the military-medical commission on the unsuitability
Also, persons who are supported by
- three or more children under the age of 18, or
- who are independently raising a child (children) under the age of 18, or
- who has a child with a disability?
And also those who are:
- adoptive parent
- guardian, or
- whose close relatives died or went missing during the anti-terrorist operation.
