Rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine was attacked by a group of men inside a sauna at a gym, according to his lawyer, and was taken directly to the hospital. Let’s see what happened to Tekashi 6ix9ine in detail.
What happened to Tekashi 6ix9ine?
Daniel Hernandez, better known as 6ix9ine, was attacked by some guys and was allegedly driven away from the scene in an ambulance following the assault.
According to reports, Tekashi 6ix9ine was assaulted in a Florida gym and was reportedly injured on numerous occasions.
His lawyer, Lance Lazzaro says, he was attacked by a gang of men while in the sauna at a South Florida LA Fitness.
Lazzaro alleged that the rapper attempted to fight off the group, but there were too many of them, beating him to a pulp before running away.
Lazzaro informed that 6ix9ine, also known as Tekashi69, did not have security with him when the incident occurred.
When the incident was reported to the gym personnel, they summoned EMS and the police. After the rapper was “jumped and beaten inside the gym,” shocking footage of the attack leaked.
According to Tekashi 6ix9ine, he doesn’t regret tipping off the Nine Trey Gang.
Who is 6ix9ine?
Daniel Hernandez is an American rapper better known by the stage names 6ix9ine and Tekashi69. His controversial public persona is defined by his distinctive rainbow-colored hair, numerous tattoos, legal problems, and widely reported star feuds.
His music has been characterized by an aggressive style of rapping. After the release of his debut single, “Gummo,” a sleeper success, Hernandez gained widespread recognition in late 2017.
The songs “Kooda,” “Keke” (featuring Fetty Wap and A Boogie wit da Hoodie), and “Gotti,” all of which reached the Billboard Hot 100 charts, were used to promote his mixtape Day69 (2018).
The second song from his debut album Dummy, “Fefe,” features Nicki Minaj and Murda Beatz and ranked three on the Hot 100.
The rapper is a former member of The Nine Trey Gangster Bloods, a gang against which he testified in return for a reduced sentence.
Criminal history:
6ix9ine gained notoriety in late 2017 when his first commercial single, Gummo, was released and went platinum. However, his career has also been hampered by personal and legal problems.
His connection to the New York Nine Trey Gansta Blood group is one cause of his complicated criminal past. The US Attorney’s Office described the group as a “violent city gang”.
In 2018, 6ix9ine was imprisoned on racketeering charges. After pleading guilty, the artist received a 24-month sentence in 2019.
He had originally been given a minimum sentence of 47 years in prison, but after entering a guilty plea and testifying against former gang members, the authorities reduced his sentence in an effort to imprison them. In August 2020, he was released.
However, the rapper fell into trouble again after his release. 6ix9ine was forced to flee the home he was staying in after his location was published online, threatening his safety.
In the years after his release, he allegedly had a number of security guards with him as well.
Tekashi 6ix9ine video:
The video of Tekashi 6ix9ine savagely beaten by a group of men inside a South Florida gym was shared by many people online.
This video contains sensitive content which some people may find offensive or disturbing.
A shocking video of the incident was shared on social media. The rapper is pictured with a bloody face, sporting shorts and a puffer jacket.
A video of the assault has surfaced online; in it, one man strikes Tekashi repeatedly as the rapper tries to defend his face.
His face has visible injuries, including swelling and gashes. He reportedly also sustained injuries to his back, ribs, and jaw.
The next step, according to Lazzaro, is for him to make a call to the Feds to ensure that 6ix9ine receives the security he obviously needs.
It was reported that, he was given early release from federal prison after cooperating with authorities in putting several of his gang members behind bars. It’s presently unknown if Tekashi’s cooperation had anything to do with the gym attack.
