Having everyone aware of your precise live position carries some risks, though. A South Korean YouTuber was recently made uncomfortable when he was live streaming in India. Sadly, he died from his wounds, and Nepal police detained a suspect Feng Zhengyung who was 37.

The influencer, who went by Fatty Goes To Africa, made content showcasing the regional cuisine and cultures of other nations. He routinely live-streamed his travels across the world, including to Africa, where he interacted with the people. The event occurred last Sunday, 4 December, in Kathmandu’s Indra Chowk, according to Nepal News.

The influencer is seen walking alongside two other males in a video while live streaming. The attack was most likely begun when there was a ruckus and the males began screaming. Also audible was the sound of something being stabbed. The video then abruptly ended.

Influencer dies after suffering wounds

According to Nepalese police, 32-year-old Li and 29-year-old Gan were stabbed by a 37-year-old guy named Feng. Even though the story listed their full names, MS News was unable to verify whether or not these names were transliterated correctly.

Li was hurt to the right side of his abdomen, while Gan was killed to the right side of his abdomen and chest. Later that evening, Gan succumbed to his injuries at the National Trauma Centre in Kathmandu where they had been sent. Since then, police have detained the suspect.

The victim is said to have mistreated the suspect. Chinese officials in Nepal verified the occurrence, claiming that the victim and suspect had previously argued over a debt. Feng revealed the rationale for the attack, according to a NetEase article.

They had previously known one another, and he complained that Gan had mistreated him. In one alleged occurrence, the influencer allegedly stole S$1,770.70 (about 9,099 yuan) from the victim and spent it on a phone.

Feng claimed that the victim even gave him food tainted with Covid and sent men to ransack his home, suggesting that this was merely the tip of the iceberg. In any case, it does not excuse attacks, particularly ones that result in the deaths of others. Police continue to look into the case.
