Matt wasn’t hurt after the unpleasant bite

Before it reached the other celebs, members of the ITV team were able to locate the scorpion and securely remove it from the camp,  “Matt was in misery and explained how it was twice as painful as a bee sting,” a TV insider added. Fortunately, Matt is in perfect health, but it was still a painful sting.

Celebrities have been advised to keep a watch out for these scorpions, which are common throughout the forest, to prevent unpleasant stings.

When it was revealed the MP would be taking on another trial, Matt’s campmate Babatunde Aléshé, 36, inquired him how he was coping in the wake of the horrifying sting.

The painful critter left Matt in agony

After yesterday night’s performance, the comic remarked: “Do you know what Matt? You are the man! You have to go through four trials after getting stung by a scorpion.

Is this bite serious?

A black rock scorpion, which is reddish brown and may be found in shallow burrows in forests and woodland in eastern Australia, including New South Wales, the location of the I’m A Celeb camp, may have stung Matt.

Although their sting might result in redness, swelling, and a burning or stinging feeling, it is usually harmless. It happens as Matt prepares to take on the House of Horrors trial tonight, which often comprises dark areas, a dangerous zip line, and massive stone tombs scattered throughout the area.

Matt will have to navigate several obstacle courses, as The Chase’s Anne Hegerty noted “I’m A Star… “I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here,” in 2018.
