According to reports, the accident victim was identified as Jack Jordan, a motorcyclist from Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire.

Sadly, a Tewkesbury biker in his 20s passed away there. A motorbike and a vehicle were engaged in a serious accident last night on the A46 from the M5 J9 (Tewkesbury) to the Pamington turnoff, according to Inrix.

Teddington Hands Roundabout is congested. There is an air ambulance on duty. Police ask anyone who saw the crash or who has dashcam footage to get in touch via 101 and quoting incident 322 of 30 August.

While authorities inspected the situation, the road was closed all afternoon and into the night. The A46 began operating in both directions at roughly two in the morning on August 31 according to National Highways.
