His sudden death has shocked his friends, followers, and relatives. Jeff has 12.3K followers on his Instagram account where he posts his pictures. He was a very talented and the nicest person.
One of his clients, Keith Fabbri paid tribute to Jeff, saying,
RIP Jeffrey Sygo. I had the pleasure of working with you for video and photo shoots over the years, but that doesn’t compare to the pleasure it was to know you as a person. Always so supportive to not only me but all the competitors over the years and you wouldn’t hesitate to drive to shoot a video for anyone.
You would text me all the time to ask how I was doing and always asked about my kids, not just to ask but because you were genuinely interested. You always had the biggest, goofiest smile on your face when I’d see you and the sound of you saying “hey big man, you are you?” will forever echo in my head. Bye old friend until I see you again.

Prayers for his family and everyone whose life was touched by Jeff. He loved getting the fitness world together. It didn’t matter if you were a bodybuilder or a powerlifter. Jeff would always go out of his way to help everyone out. We will all miss you, Jeff!
