Eric Fleishman Cause of Death:
No family members or other close friends of Eric Fleishman have confirmed the Eric Fleishman Cause of Death. It was reportedly stated that Eric Fleishman had died as a result of suicide.
Eric’s father enrolled him in his first martial arts class when he was ten years old, expecting that he would be little throughout his teens.
This sparked a passion for martial arts that lasted his entire life and brought him to Hollywood, California. Eric was subjected to taunts and teasing from local kids whose lumberjack fathers encouraged them to work in the woods.
Who was Eric Fleishman?
Eric the Trainer (Eric P. Fleishman) is a Hollywood physique expert with over 20 years of physical transformation experience. He has collaborated with renowned musicians, MMA fighters, and actresses. His methods are frequently discussed on Bodybuilding.com and in “Muscle and Fitness” magazine, where he serves on the advisory board.
He serves as a spokesperson and hosts several “Celebrity Sweat” programs. Eric has received a position as an expert and international ambassador for Gold’s Gym fitness institute.
Eric’s career:
After graduating, Eric Fleishman moved to New York City and started working as a personal trainer in Manhattan. He spent a total of five years working in the field before earning his certifications from ACE and TSI.
He began developing the Sleeping Beauty and Sleeping Giant exercise regimens at this facility. It ultimately developed into a routine specifically designed for men and women.
Additionally, Eric made the revelation that nutrition, exercise, and sleep are the three fundamental elements of the science of change at this point. His belt loops were frequently spotted dangling from coat hooks, and he was even found squeezed inside a locker.
Eric was the least likely Mt. Blue Jr. High student to pursue a career in physical fitness. His classmates dubbed him “Squeaky” because of his frightening screams during a flag football game in gym class. Due to his diminutive size, he looked to be at his senior prom with his babysitter rather than his date. His college sophomore year was the start of his growth spurt.
At Gold’s Gym in New Haven, Connecticut, Eric started a moderate training program after realizing he needed to beef up his lanky frame. He became more interested in fitness as he noticed more local women giving him appreciative looks.

MAY HE REST IN PEACE. My heart is aching….it is with great sadness I am sharing the unexpected passing of Eric Phillip Fleishman on the morning of November 24, 2022. My thoughts and prayers are with his wife Alysia, his son Henry, parents, and close friends.
On a personal note, I used to manage NoHo Gym in N. Hollywood back in 1994. I opened the gym at 4am, Eric took his first client as soon as I got there. We’ve remained friends for many years and he was a huge supporter and part of our Muscle Beach family.
May he rest in eternal peace.

Interesting that the headline to this article reads in part, “Eric the Trainer cause of death explained,” yet although there is plenty of background info on Eric’s career, there is NO EXPLANATION as to the cause of his untimely death. So, quit with the clickbait, okay? I’m sure I’m not the only reader who is pissed for wasting time seeking information that isn’t in your article, yet named in your article’s title.
And why is there no report of his age? Try and find that.
