Legendary wrestler Sara Lee passed away suddenly at the age of 30, according to a social media statement from her family.
“It is with heavy hearts that we convey the news that our Sarah Weston has gone to be with Jesus,” Sara’s mother said on Facebook, confirming the breaking news.
“The plans are not finalized, and we are all in shock. We sincerely request that you allow our family to grieve.
The former grappler had three children with Westin Blake, a fellow former WWE star who goes by the name Cory Weston.

On their Twitter account, World Wrestling Entertainment posted a statement mourning Sara Lee’s passing.
The corporation stated, “WWE is devastated to learn about Sara Lee’s loss.”
“Lee served as an inspiration to many in the sports-entertainment industry as a previous “Tough Enough” champion.
The WWE extends its sincere condolences to her family, friends, and supporters.

Just days before the untimely death of the former WWE star, Sara Lee’s chilling final post described a health battle that “kicked her butt.”
The ex-Tough Enough champion’s passing was announced late on Thursday night, albeit the exact cause of death has not been made public.
The celebrity, however, had only posted a day before and was overjoyed to be feeling energetic once more.
In the gym’s restroom, Lee posted a selfie taken in the mirror. “Celebrating finally being healthy enough to go to the gym 2 days in a row,” she said in the Instagram description. “First ever sinus infection kicked my butt #Saraselfie #gains” Sadly it would be her last upload to her 103,000 followers.

Bull James, a wrestler, has set up a fundraising page for Sara’s family that reads: “The last thing anyone in that situation wants to worry about is money and paying for a funeral and everything that goes with it as her devoted husband, Cory, picks up the pieces and continues to raise their three children.
“In the face of tragedy, the wrestling community has a history of coming together, and this is no different.
“Cory and the kids will receive every dollar earned from this immediately.” At 6 p.m. on Thursday, $6,000 had been contributed to the GoFundMe.
Sara Lee, who was she?
Sara Lee was a professional wrestler and television personality who was born in Hope Township, Michigan, on June 7, 1992.
According to WWE, the Tough Enough champion was born and reared in Hope Township, Michigan.
After graduating from Meridian High School in 2010, she enrolled in Bay City’s Delta College.
Sara studied diagnostic medical sonography all through college.
She originally gained notoriety in 2015 when she triumphed in the sixth season of the WWE program Tough Enough, earning her a one-year contract with the company.
Sara gained notoriety on the Tough Enough season 2015–16 of reality television. Participants had to compete for a contract with WWE, which went to the event winner and undergo professional wrestling training.
Sara joined WWE’s developmental brand NXT and worked several live events after winning and receiving the contract from Triple H of WWE.
Just a few months later, the corporation did release her.
In December 2017, Sara wed Westin Blake, a fellow former WWE wrestler who goes by the moniker Cory Weston.
She gave birth to their daughter as their first kid in May of that year. And the couple brought a boy, their second child, into the world in February 2019. In July 2021, the couple welcomed a second kid into the world.

WWE Tough Enough is a reality TV program where contestants compete for a contract with WWE.
In the show, 13 wrestlers live and train together for a chance to become the next WWE Superstar.
Sara Lee was listed as one of the 13 finalists for season six of Tough Enough in June 2015.
Sara was eliminated five times during the competition before being selected, along with Joshua Bredl, as one of the winners by the audience.
Her win earned her a $250,000 contract with WWE for a year.
