Reality TV personality Stephen Bear, who is accused of distributing a sex tape with his former co-star, came to court this morning while puffing on a cigar.
Along with his model girlfriend Jessica Smith, Bear, 36, emerged from his white Rolls Royce outside Chelmsford Crown Court while toting a walking stick shaped like a snake.

Accusation on Stephen Bear
The former Ex on the Beach actor is accused of recording Georgia Harrison, 27, and himself having sex in his backyard in August 2020 before sharing the video on WhatsApp and publishing it on the membership website OnlyFans.
In addition to criminal prosecution, Ms. Harrison is suing for civil damages because she claims she never consented for the film to be shared. She claimed that in December 2020, she found out that the film was online and that she had to get someone to take it off porn sites.
Judge Christopher Morgan will give the jury a summary of the case today before requesting that they adjourn so that they may think about their decisions. Bear disputes two accusations of voyeurism as well as two accusations of leaking private sexual images and videos.

Georgia Harrison, 27, whose attorney made the following statement, claimed that Bear “exposed their intimate sexual life in open court and gave no concern at all to their privacy.”

Jacqueline Carey KC claimed last week that Bear boasted on the witness stand about having slept with models Lauren Goodger and others during her closing remarks to the jurors. She claimed: “He gave no care at all to their privacy and publicized their private sexual life in open court.”
He will say whatever he wants, do whatever he wants, and disseminate whatever he wants if it gains him fame, money, celebrity, or trending on Twitter.

Ms. Carey testified that Bear increased the cost of his OnlyFans subscription from $7 to $50 after people started talking about the video online, then returned 90 minutes later to lower it to $20.
“The allegation that his account was even remotely compromised is blatant rubbish,” she declared. By December 7, he was the only person with access.
He was the only one to benefit from the increase in subscription fees. By December 7, rumors were circulating. He was gaining popularity on social media, and many people were observing him.

Police claimed they searched his suitcase and one with his brother Robert Bear’s name and were unable to uncover a phone or any other technological devices. A sim card key was discovered in Bear’s joggers by police after he claimed he wasn’t traveling with his brother.
Additionally, he told authorities that his Instagram account had been hacked, but he declined to provide any further details, and since his detention, his phone has never been found. The investigation goes on.

On Tuesday, December 6th, the trial got underway, and a court heard testimony about how he had sex with his ex-girlfriend Georgia Harrison in his yard before posting CCTV footage of the encounter on OnlyFans.
The alleged offenses are stated to have occurred between November 2020 and August 2020. Following a trip to Dubai, Stephen Bear was detained in January 2021 at Heathrow Airport. He was charged in May 2021.
Georgia, who made her Love Island debut back in 2017, waived her right to privacy regarding the matter. The prosecutor’s opening statement, Jacqueline Carey KC, read: “In August 2020, the complainant Georgia Harrison met up with ex-boyfriend Stephen Bear.
After eating lunch and enjoying a few beverages, they returned to his Loughton home. In his yard, they had sexual contact voluntarily. She was unaware, but he was aware, that Mr. Bear had surveillance cameras in his garden that captured them having sex.
Later that day, according to Jacqueline Carey, Bear reportedly showed Georgia the video, and she instructed him to “never” distribute it to anybody else. She continued by saying that Bear had forwarded the CCTV footage that evening over WhatsApp to a person before uploading it to OnlyFans.
