Who is Owami Davies?

A student nurse Owami Davies missing more than three weeks ago. It is currently the subject of an intense police search.

Just after midnight on July 7, Owami Davies, 24, was last seen leaving her house in Croydon, South London.

Her family has not heard from her and she hasn’t been seen since.

Owami has also missed her shift as a student nurse.

The Met stated that they are “very worried for her welfare”. Although they are treating her absence as a missing person’s investigation.

To check their sheds and outbuildings and report anything “strange” or “out of the ordinary,” they are advising residents of the West Croydon neighborhood.

What happened to the student nurse?

The whereabouts of a student nurse who has been missing for more than three weeks are being sought after by police.

Owami Davies, of Grays, Essex, vanished from her house on July 4 and was last seen at 00:03 on July 7 near Derby Road, West Croydon.

Detectives are very worried about her welfare. And are interested in speaking with anyone who may have seen her on the evening of July 6 or in the early hours of July 7.

What police Appeal for the public’s help to find the missing student nurse?

Detective Constable Marie Spear of the south London-based Missing Persons Unit said: “Owami has not communicated with her family in more than three weeks, nor has she been up for work.

“We’re treating this like a missing person’s inquiry right now. We need the public’s assistance to piece together Owami’s travels on the night. she vanished because she was in a precarious situation when she was last seen.

I kindly request that anyone who has seen her or knows where she is called the police right now.

Additionally, I would advise residents of the West Croydon area to check their sheds and outbuildings and report anything unusual or odd.

Owami is missing, and police ask that anyone with information regarding her location call 101 or tweet @MetCC and cite case number 22MIS025307.

Alternatively, contact the Missing People charity in confidence on 116 000.

What did the Police investigation convey?

On Monday, two men, ages 23 and 27, were detained in the Croydon area on murder suspicion.

At a police station in south London, they are still being held.

It happens after the Missing Persons Unit of the Met Police opened an inquiry into Ms. Davies’ disappearance last month and issued an information request.

The Metropolitan Police announced the arrests on Monday saying:

“Detectives from the Met’s Specialist Crime Command are now in charge of leading inquiries to find 24-year-old Owami Davies because they have the tools and knowledge needed for a complicated investigation.

“This is still under investigation as a missing individual.”
