The 17-year-old woman was a passenger in a Chevrolet Aveo that was involved in a Central Link project incident at 3 in the morning when the driver lost control and slammed into a wall and a pole in Tumas Chetcuti Street.

The car, which sustained significant damage, was being driven by a 20-year-old male teenager from St Paul’s Bay, according to the Malta Police. The driver lost control of the car and slammed it into a wall and a pole.
Another person in the car was a young woman from Attard. A hospital medical team and members of the Civil Protection came to the scene to help the three young people.
The young woman was pronounced dead there and then. Both the driver, a 20-year-old St Paul’s Bay male, and another 17-year-old Attard girl were taken to the hospital. According to the authorities, their condition is critical. The driver, Luke Debattista, is a member of the festa committee’s youth committee, according to the festa committee. He is in intensive care.

A little while ago during a visit to ITS I spoke with Kacey about the career she wanted to take in tourism and about the importance of young activism in the community.
Condolences and encouragement to all her family and friends, in particular to the members of the Martyrs Saint Paul the Sea AD 1969 Festa Marija Sultana Committee .”
In addition to being a student and a member of the student council, Sciberras attended the Institute of Tourism Studies.
