Zailey Smith, 22, a resident of Coquitlam, has been missing since December 18, 2022, and police are requesting assistance in finding her. As per the recent reports it has been found that the woman was dead, according to Coquitlam RCMP.

A 22-year-old Coquitlam, British Columbia, woman who has been missing since the weekend is being sought after by authorities.

According to the Coquitlam RCMP, Zailey Smith was last seen leaving her home on Sunday around Clarke Road and Como Lake Avenue. She hasn’t been seen or heard from since. Cpl. Alexa Hodgins stated in a news release on Wednesday that “family and police are worried for Zailey’s well-being.”

The missing woman, according to the authorities, is known to frequent Burnaby’s Metrotown and Vancouver’s Metrotown. Smith is characterized as being white, slender, and 5’2″ tall with hazel eyes and long brown hair. She was also deemed to be “high-risk” by the Coquitlam RCMP. She was last observed sporting a black cross-body bag, light grey tights, black shoes, and a black winter jacket.

Anyone with information on Smith’s location or who may have seen her is urged to call the Coquitlam RCMP at 604-945-1550, according to the authorities. Calling Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 is a better option for informants who want to stay anonymous.
