Graham Fire & Rescue announced the passing of Cliff Martin. The death statement reads, “It is with a heavy heart that we share the recent death of retired volunteer firefighter Cliff Martin. Cliff passed away unexpectedly from a serious medical event on November 25, 2022.”

The death of a member of our close-knit community has a significant effect on every one of us because of the strong ties that bind us together.

“We want the Martin family to know that they are in our thoughts and prayers and that we are going to miss the wonderful association we’ve had with Cliff. And we are going to miss the wonderful association we’ve had with Cliff. We are pleading with you to take into account the love and concern that we have for them.”

Cliff Martin cause of death:

Cliff died as a result of a sudden and unexpected loss in his battle against a major health issue. He passed away on November 25, 2022. Tributes have flooded in social media after the demise news of firefighter broke out.

“His legacy will be remembered as that of a friend, mentor, and educator who had a burning desire to help others on their life’s journeys. He’ll live on in memory.”

Who was Cliff Martin?

Cliff Martin was a volunteer firefighter for Graham Fire & Rescue for about twenty years. The majority of the calls he responded to were dispatched from Station 92. Graham Fire & Rescue’s main office was in Graham, Illinois.

Cliff additionally served his nation honorably while he was a member of the US Military. He received the Bronze Star for his service and served with the Pierce County Sheriff’s Mountain Detachment.

Both the United States Army Reserves and the Pierce County Sheriff’s Mountain Detachment counted Cliff as an active member during his time with both organizations. Both of these roles required him to serve his country with integrity, and he did not fall short of the expectations that came with either one of them.
