Kozik has written many publications, including Man’s Ruin: Posters and Art by Frank Kozik and Desperate Measures Empty Pleasures. He formerly owned Man’s Ruin Records, a media site and record label. In an interview with Rolling Stone, Kozik was referred to be “one of the top poster artists in the rock world.”

Smorkin’ Labbit was designed by Kozik, who also serves as Kidrobot’s Creative Director. Despite being best known for his screen prints, a rare painting of the Labbit fetching £4,000 at the TV blind auction program Four Rooms.

With many of his creations being made as designer toys, Kozik has been a major player in the movement. Additionally, he participates in the Stuckism art movement.
