Early Life

She started working with Alan over 35yrs ago in Falcon Travel, Wicklow town.

She moved with Alan to the Greystones premises of Phoenix Travel, just over 20yrs ago, and continued on here when Lee took over in 2017.

Caroline has been a stalwart here since she joined the company. Her hard work and attention to detail were second to none. She knew Phoenix Travel inside out and could tell you exactly where and when her regulars had traveled – at the drop of a hat.

Her customers loved her, and they often popped in to hear how her golf was going, what trips she had planned, and any other orders of the day!

Caroline by nature, was a kind, caring, and charitable soul, who loved nothing more than a short black coffee with a tiny dash of milk, and a good old chat about the world and its problems!

She was also feisty and strong, loyal, honest, and committed, and always wore her heart on her sleeve.
She often spoke about her beloved husband Alex, their beautiful home, which she took such pride in, and her golf where she had the honor, and was so proud, of being Lady Captain, and Lady President.
