What happened to Versey Spell?

Versey Spell, a 75-year-old lady who was reported missing in October, was recognized by Baltimore Police as the person found inside a container this month in Northwest Baltimore.

Spell, who walks with a walker or cane, went missing from the 3900 block of Barrington Drive on October 19. Versey Spell gone missing in October 2022, and her disappearance was reported as missing. Her family claims they arrived home to find Spell’s doors forced open, her house in disarray, and an unknown lady sleeping in her bed.

The house still included many of Spell’s personal and medical belongings, such as her walker and cane. She had been renting the house from a longtime friend and coworker, acquaintances revealed in November to a local news source.

Spell, who is described by the authorities as as 5’5″ tall, 140 lbs., and last seen wearing a black shirt, black leggings, and black shoes.

 

Missing 75 year-old Found dead

When police were called to the 3900 block of Liberty Heights Avenue, they discovered a black container outside a home in the Forest Park area that contained human remains.

The medical examiner’s office determined that the container contained human remains and declared homicide as the cause of death. According to the police, homicide detectives are still looking into the homicide.

According to family members, Spell was an Oriole Park greeter at Camden Yards and a former federal employee. At Spell’s house, in the 3900 block of Garrison Boulevard, the remains were discovered on March 3.
