• Serious illnesses like heart issues, fluid buildup in the lungs, or kidney issues can arise from the syndrome.
• Lightheadedness, restlessness, drowsiness, a ringing in the ears, slurred speech, a metallic taste in the mouth, numbness of the lips and tongue, shivering, muscle twitching, and convulsions can all be symptoms of anesthesia-related toxicity brought on by the use of the skin-numbing medication lidocaine.
