The Old Fourth Ward Skatepark on the Eastside Beltline was built by Thomas, who was also a skilled construction manager. Thomas designed and built a number of public and private skate ramps. He also provided advice to the Parks and Recreation Department of the City of Atlanta. Thomas’ family was the most meaningful part of his life.
