Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate a Western Sydney teen, Mace Nicholson-Dowling who disappeared almost a week ago.
Mace Nicholson-Dowling Missing
Police are searching for a 13-year-old boy who has been missing from Sydney’s west for nearly a week. Mace Nichollson-Dowling was last seen on Monday at Constitution Hill. NSW Police posted an alert on Social Media to seek assistance from the public. It says,
Can you help Parramatta Police find 13-year-old Mace Nichollson-Dowling, missing from Constitution Hill since 3 April 2023?
Mace is of Caucasian appearance, 153cm tall with a thin build, and short red hair and he wears spectacles. He was last seen wearing grey tracksuit pants, a grey jacket, and Asics-brand shoes.
Officers attached to the Parramatta Police Area Command were notified when he could not be located and commenced a search. Police and family hold concerns for his welfare due to his young age.

Mace wears spectacles and is described as being of Caucasian appearance, 153cm tall with a thin build and short red hair. He was last seen wearing grey tracksuit pants, a grey jacket, and Asics-branded shoes.
Mace is known to frequent Constitution Hill, Wentworthville, Toongabbie, Pendle Hill, Blacktown, Parramatta, and Baulkham Hills. Anyone with information about his whereabouts is urged to contact Parramatta Police or Crime Stoppers at 1800 333 000.
When a person goes missing?
Contact law enforcement in person, over the phone, or online to file a missing person report. Provide as much information as possible about the missing loved one. This includes their last known whereabouts, places they like to go, and friends or relatives who may have been in contact with them.
How to Make a Report?
You do NOT need to wait 24 hours before making a report to the police. If you have concerns for the safety and welfare of someone that cannot be located, attend your local police station to make a report as soon as possible.
What the police will ask you:
- The full name and DOB of the Missing Person
- What genuine concerns do you have for their welfare or safety?
- When the Missing Person was last seen or contacted you.
- To provide a Physical description or a recent photograph of the Missing Person
- Details of any mobile phone numbers, social media accounts, or vehicle registrations
- A list of friends and/or possible locations the Missing person frequents.
- If known, any medical information that may increase the risk to the Missing Persons. E.g. mental health, dementia, or diabetes.
