Ohio State Highway Patrol reported that Landon Crabtree, 15, was killed early on Saturday morning in a collision in Concord Township. Let’s see about it in detail.

Landon Crabtree death:

Landon Crabtree, a 15-year-old student at McClain High School, has been identified as the victim of this morning’s fatal UTV accident.

The boy was killed when the vehicle he was riding in collided in Highland County early on Saturday morning.

At at 12:25 a.m. on April 29, 2023, a car accident on Beatty Road in Concord Township, Highland County, resulted in the death of Landon Crabtree of Greenfield, Ohio.

Arrangements for Landon Crabtree’s funeral will be made public by the family.

Car Accident:

The Ohio State Highway Patrol’s Wilmington Post was called to the site of a utility terrain vehicle accident. The two people inside the car were discovered by the arriving authorities.

According to the police, Seth Smith, 16, of Greenfield, was operating an Axis 500 UTV that was driving east on Beatty Road. The Axis abruptly veered to the left of the road and collided with an embankment.

According to investigators, the car turned over. Landon Crabtree was thrown from the automobile and trapped under it as it turned. At the scene, he was reported as dead.

With non-life-threatening wounds, the young driver was transferred to Highland District Hospital. Their condition right now is unknown. The accident is still being investigated, and OSHP has not stated a reason for incident.

The Patrol, the Highland County Sheriff’s Office, the Highland County Coroner’s Office, the Mowrystown Station 500 Fire Department, and Emergency Medical Service are all on the site conducting investigations.
