Braydon Flagg, a basketball player for Olivet Nazarene and a former star at New Prairie passed away. Let’s see how did Braydon die and his cause of death in detail.

How did Braydon Flagg die?

According to sources, Mill Creek, Indiana resident Braydon Flagg died as a result of injuries sustained in the car collision. He was only twenty years old. 

Chuck Freeby 46 Sports posted this sad news saying,

“Sad to report former NewPrairieBBall and current ONUHoops player Braydon Flagg died in a car accident Thursday. Our deepest condolences and prayers go out to Jason, Brandee, and Jayden. Eternal rest, Grant unto him, O Lord, and may God comfort those of us who mourn.”

Braydon played for a Indiana Attack Basketball Club. Friends and familly members were deeply saddened by his sudden death.

Braydon Flagg cause of death:

Braydon Flagg died in an accident that happened on May 25, 2023. Flagg died from his injuries after colliding with the tree.

Michianahoops also announced this sad news saying,

“Former New Prairie standout and current Olivet Nazarene hooper Braydon Flagg died Thursday night in a car accident. Always loved posting his highlights. He was a down-to-earth guy who supported my page. Life is short, hug your loved ones. May he Rest In Peace.”

The circumstances of the accident were not disclosed. The funeral plans and an obituary for Braydon will be announced by the family.

Accident explained:

Deputies were called to CR 50 North at CR 1000 East in rural Wills Township yesterday at around 2:21 PM regarding a single-vehicle crash. 

The accident occurred in the 10400 east block of CR 50 North. After a preliminary on-scene investigation, Deputy Micah Dokmanovic and supporting deputies came to the following conclusion. 

A black 2012 Toyota passenger vehicle was traveling westbound on CR 50 North. The car crossed the eastbound lane and veered to the left, for unknown reasons. 

The car veered off the south side of the road and proceeded until it struck a tree. After the collision, the car returned to CR 50 North and came to a stop.

The driver was identified as Mill Creek resident Braydon R. FLAGG, 20 years old. FLAGG was removed from the car and taken to a nearby hospital. Deputies learned FLAGG had been declared dead at the emergency room while they were still examining the crash scene.

Results of toxicology tests are pending. No new information is being disclosed while the crash investigation is ongoing.
