Who was Erica Gonzalez?
Gonzalez was an imaginative and dedicated individual who worked for both her country and its viewers.
Her three greatest loves in life were the Friars, the flag, and her family.
She glowed when she spoke about her son Brandon’s accomplishments in high school because she was a proud mother of him. His graduation in April was one of her favourite moments.
The two were both huge Padres fans, and they frequently attended games at Petco Park with the rest of the Friar Faithful. Mr. Padre Tony Gwynn was one of her favourite athletes. She was a Junior Seau fan as well, of the San Diego Chargers.
Marine Corps
Erica was forced to enlist in the Marine Corps as the nation was still suffering from the 9/11 catastrophe.
