Brady Hubbard, 21, who was critically hurt in an incident in West Ulverstone on Saturday night, has died. Brady is regarded as the community’s kindest, funniest, and most compassionate member.

Ulverstone tragedy explained: What happened to him?
After the Ulverstone tragedy, a Tasmanian man, age 21, passed away from a head injury. A young Tasmanian man died following a “horrific” accident near Ulverstone over the weekend, prompting the launch of an investigation.
Brady Hubbard, a 21-year-old from the north-west coast, was left on Saturday night fighting for his life after suffering a severe head injury close to the West Ulverstone Football Club.
He may have fallen from the back of a car, according to police, who added that he didn’t seek medical help until early on Monday morning, more than 24 hours after the event.
He was immediately taken to the Royal Hobart Hospital, where he passed suddenly on Wednesday. On GoFundMe, the football community has raised close to $8000 in the last 24 hours for his family.
Tasmania Police statement
Police confirmed the 21-year-old man who was seriously injured in an incident in West Ulverstone on Saturday night has died.
Initial inquiries indicate the man received a head injury while in the vicinity of the West Ulverstone Football Club, near Amy Street.
He sought medical treatment early on Monday morning and was airlifted to the Royal Hobart Hospital. Sadly he died in hospital this afternoon.
Investigations are ongoing to determine whether the man fell from the rear of a vehicle. Anyone with information, who hasn’t already spoken to police, is asked to contact Ulverstone Police on 131 444.
