Police Investigation

While the house is still a crime scene, detectives have spoken with witnesses. Although there was nothing to imply a fight had started, neighbors claim they could hear what is typically a weekend gathering at the residence.

However, police have not ruled out the possibility that something more sinister occurred. Acting Inspector Ian Griffin of the NSW Police reported that a knife had been discovered and would be “forensically investigated.”

Inspector Ian Griffin said,

“It’s a terrible set-of circumstances, but there’s certainly not in our investigation to concern the community. We will continue to seek out what’s happened.”

“It’s too early for us to speculate at this point, but we are open to all possibilities.”

Tributes

As news of the teen’s passing spread, friends and family started posting online tributes.

Bailey’s cousin wrote,

“I love you forever, my beautiful baby cousin. I’m going to be lost without you, I still don’t want to except you’re not here anymore and I can’t call you or see you at family events. It already hurts so much that you left a hole in my heart that will never go Christmas without you, not sharing birthdays, please just come home, I don’t want you to go, life is so cruel. I’ll see you soon at the slide, hopefully I’ll go straight to find you so I can hug you and never let you go.”

Bailey’s aunt wrote,

“Rest in peace Bails, I know Nanny will take care of you.”

One of the worst things anyone can go through in life is losing a loved one. Any journey must have a destination at the end. The person’s time on earth has regrettably come to an end now that they have died.

We wish him eternal peace and send our thoughts and prayers to his loved ones, family, friends. May he rest in peace.
