Antioch police have detained a suspect in connection with an attack on a Habit Burger Grill employee that resulted in her losing an eye. Let’s see who is Isaac White-Carter in detail.

Who is Isaac White-Carter?

Isaac White-Carter is a San Francisco resident who is 20 years old. Carter has been named as the suspect by Antioch police. According to Antioch police, he is accused of causing mayhem and an assault that resulted in significant bodily harm.

“It sends a message that our detectives are going to work tirelessly until we solve these cases. This is very serious and we don’t want people to come into our community and feel like they’re in danger,” Antioch police public information officer Ashley Crandell told a news conference press conference Monday afternoon.

A Habit Burger Grill employee claims that she loses eye as a result of being punched while attempting to stop a man from bullying a teen with special needs.

Nineteen-year-old Bianca Palomera watched a man and three other people taunting a boy with special needs in the restaurant lobby, which led to a physical altercation. She requested the man to cease bothering the boy and leave the place when he refused.

After threatening her repeatedly, the man finally attacked her physically before escaping in a grey BMW SUV with three other people. She was sent to a local trauma facility as a result of the incident, where she underwent immediate surgery.  Unfortunately, she suffered permanent damages that resulted in the full loss of her right eye.

Police statement:

The individual was identified as Hayward resident Isaac White-Carter, 20, by the Antioch Police Department on Monday.

At a press conference on Monday afternoon, APD spokesperson Ashley Crandell stated, “There are no outstanding suspects.”
Bianca Palomera, 19, suffered significant facial injuries in the incident that caused her to lose eyesight in her right eye. “The victim is young and she lost her eye as a result of it. The attack is horrifying. It’s a very sad case,” Crandell said.

A U.S. Marshals Service fugitive task group detained White-Carter outside his Hayward home on Monday morning. He was detained on suspicion of mayhem and assault with grave bodily injury, both felonies.

Palomera was working as an assistant manager inside the restaurant on November 12 when she interfered to defend the youngster.

The surveillance footage shows a group of young men entering to place a restaurant order was seen on The Habit.
When one of the males noticed the child standing by himself, Palomera, he started to bother him.

The younger sibling of the boy worked there. Palomera claimed that she stepped in because it was morally appropriate to do so. The bully told her, “You can just leave.”

Palomera was confronted by a man who was immediately angry and punched her.
