Nerlens Noel reportedly sued Rich Paul in August 2021 for breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, and negligence for his role in turning down a $70 million contract offer from the Dallas Mavericks during the offseason preceding the 2017-18 season.
On January 11, 2023, the two reached a settlement, with Noel paying full commissions on a $5 million deal he signed in 2020 with the New York Knicks and Noel withdrawing all legal preceding.

Personal life:
Paul is very private about his personal life, so we don’t know much about his family. We do know that he is the father of three children.
Paul posted a photo of his daughter on his Instagram page in May 2020. He has revealed only the identity of one of his children, Reonna Simone Paul.
