Model Jeff Thomas, who had a sizable social media following, passed away after police got a complaint claiming he had committed suicide. Thomas, a model, and actor from Miami, worked for the London-based modeling firm AMCK models. Despite the influencer’s social media accounts receiving heartfelt tributes after his passing, the company has not yet commented on his passing.  Here’s what we know about Jeff Thomas’s cause of death.

What happened to Model Jeff Thomas?

Jeff Thomas, a model, and influencer died at the age of 35 after allegedly jumping off an apartment balcony in what was likely a suicide. According to police, his body was discovered in Miami last Wednesday. 

Fans are now curious about the model’s cause of death after reading Jeff Thomas’ obituary. According to TMZ, Thomas committed himself by taking his own life.

When the police came, they found Jeff’s body at a Miami apartment building. The tragic event took place last Wednesday. Thomas allegedly leaped from a balcony.

As a result, supporters are now claiming that it was a suicide. However, it is impossible to know for sure whether it was a suicide because the police department is still looking into this matter. Further information will be released soon.

Why did he commit suicide?

His reason for death is still a mystery at this time. Thomas’s body was reportedly found at a Miami apartment complex on Wednesday, according to law enforcement officials. 

According to reports, he leaped from a balcony, but police are still looking into it.  We’re informed that it’s currently being treated as an apparent suicide. 

According to our sources, the autopsy has been finished, but the cause of death has not yet been determined by authorities.

Thomas shared his final Instagram post on March 8, the day he died, featuring a photo of him relaxing in a spa with the caption: ‘A cold plunge a day, keeps the doctor away 💧 #coldplunge #wellness #mentalhealth.’

Jeff Thomas: Who was he?

Jeff Thomas was a Miami-born model who specialized in the fashion of undergarments. Throughout his career, he appeared in commercial photography, art magazines, and runway shows.

Jeff established his modern art consultancy while working for the London-based AMCK Models agency. The popular model earned a sizable social media following.

The number of followers on his official Instagram profile was over 120,000. He also socialized with well-known celebrities and leaders in the arts. They included celebrities like Megan Fox and Nicole Scherzinger.

Hi Jeff, putting aside the decision to work for yourself, what other decisions were critical to your success?

I majored in International Business in college and I think putting myself out in the world to travel modeling abroad after graduating college gave me the real-life experience to learn about how to navigate and challenge myself in these different countries with all different types of languages and people.

It forced me to be able to learn how to adapt quickly and communicate with those around me whether in business or day-to-day interactions which resulted in finer critical thinking and knowledge of all sorts.

Alright, so let’s move on to what keeps you busy professionally.

A lot of people tell me that I am particular about how I choose to do things and what I like to wear. My taste is different than others as everyone has their own personal preferences and style but my experience with fashion and intuition has given me a great deal to be expressive and somewhat of an individualist in how I present myself to the world.

I do believe that first impressions are important however it’s also what you do after that and your consistency with how you present yourself and how you want to be perceived by the world.

Being well dressed for any occasion and having my own unique style I believe really puts me in a category that people are drawn to which also, in turn, gives me the confidence to put my best foot forward with any door I walk into. It’s nice to look good, but it’s better to feel good. And if you dress well, you feel good, and if you feel good you get paid well.

I want people to remember me for my style and see it as a part of caring about not only what I look like but also that I care about putting in the best effort in my appearance which is important to me.

Some people may think you may be trying too hard or covering up in clothes because you’re insecure, However, when it’s authentic and truly you then it also conveys parts of your personality and uniqueness that you possess and people can hopefully know and understand you better or why you may be particular about the way you are and do things.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shout out?

Personally, I thrive on mentorship from people that I know I can learn from all walks of life. My father really was the first great mentor that taught me that if you wanted something you have to go out and make it happen for yourself.

After gaining credibility from a young age from my drive and successes, I attracted like-minded successful people that wanted to see me do well and wanted to help me in any way possible as they may have received from others from their upbringing and path of life.

If someone wants to help you and you are open to learning from them, it can really do wonders for your professional and personal life. From networking and being introduced to people that would fit your career path or even a potential job offer and getting your foot in the door. They say it’s about who you know, and it really rings true.

It’s very healthy to nourish and respect these relationships that are beneficial to where you see yourself going. And they say you become like the five people you surround yourself with. Why not make those people who have gone through what you are going through, made mistakes already themselves, and can help guide you in the right direction?

How do fans react to Thomas’s Death?

Thomas’ death has not been preached by his agents or the agency, but friends and fans have flooded his social media feed with tributes.

Republic Records executive Joe Carozza commented on the late star’s most recent Instagram post: ‘Your infectious smile always brought so much joy to my life.

Kris Haigh, the vice president of Men’s Design, “I met you many years ago in NY. “You never failed to bring an upbeat energy every time I saw you. “We never know what people are really going through. I will use this as a reminder to ask people how they are even when they seem happy on the outside. RIP Jeff.”

Another friend of the model wrote: ‘It was a weird connection we shared, but it was a connection nonetheless. I’m sorry to hear that you’re gone, and I feel your loss of you. RIP Jeff.’

One other commented: ‘Hey Jeff I love you till the end of time My brotha from another’s motha. Rest easy my Dear friend. I’m at a loss for words.’
