According to sources, Tanella Alleyne, most known for being Rihanna’s cousin, died at the age of 27. Five years have passed since the death of her brother Kaiseen Alleyne, 21, who was killed by a gunshot. Tanella, unfortunately, died at the age of 27 on August 13, 2023, leaving many people inconsolable. She is regarded as a “shining DIAMOND” in the history of Barbados.

Tanella had a breakdown the night of Boxing Day at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital (QEH) in St. Michael, Barbados, where her brother had been declared dead after being shot multiple times while crossing a track in the Eden Lodge neighborhood.
She held her brother and sobbed, covering his face with an angel emoji and laying her head on his motionless heart. She wrote in the caption of the photograph shot of her during her worst moment:
“I never thought the day would come that I would have to bury you my love , omggg!!! 😭😭😭😭😭😭 this was our first Christmas together we clean we decorate and everything!! Tavon I know you was trying to be a better person!! I loveee you soooo muchhhhhhhhh brother omg!”
What happened to Tavon Alleyne?
Tavon Alleyne was shot many times while out for a stroll in the Lakes Close and Eden Lodge area of the island. At around seven o’clock in the evening, a shooting took place, and the perpetrator fled after firing several shots.
In spite of being transported in a private vehicle to a nearby hospital, Alleyne eventually passed away from his wounds. Before he passed away, Tavon and his girlfriend had been dating for around two months.
It was said that they were in love. The 21-year-old was quite young when his mother passed away. He did, however, consistently manage to make everyone around him smile and laugh.
