In between presenting Drive and Green Velvet on Eastside and creating content for a wide range of private and government clients, Ruth is currently writing a book about plant medicine. She likes to relax by writing fiction, teaching yoga, swimming every day in the ocean, and cycling through Sydney’s beautiful parks.
