According to reports, Evan, Kash, and Kraig Vickers were engaged in the crash. Evan was seriously hurt in the collision and was given a life flight to Atlanta. Kash had come to Albany to observe.

About Evan
Kraig and Brittany Vickers of Leary, Evan’s parents, travelled to Atlanta on March 17, 2015, to give birth to Evan. He was the big brother to Kash Vickers and the small brother to Haley and Logan Farris.
Evan was a typical young child who enjoyed school, his instructors, tractors, trains, and outdoor play. His closest friend was Kash, his younger brother, and the two were frequently seen getting into mischief together.
He always remembered to say “I love you,” and he delivered the nicest hugs.
We take solace in the knowledge that Evan is now healthy, entire, and joyfully running the streets of Heaven with Jesus, even if we’ll never understand why he died or find even the slightest shred of justice in it.
Parents Kraig and Brittany Vickers, older siblings Haley and Logan Farris, and younger brother Kash Vickers all survive Evan. He’s grandson to Jim Vickers (Angie) of Milford, Ga and the late Rusty Kimbrel of Calhoun County.
Evan’s Funeral Services
Over the coming days, friends and relatives will be welcomed to Evan’s Patmos home by his family.

The RCMP is looking into a major collision that happened in New Albany on a route close to Highway 10.
Emergency services were called to an all-terrain vehicle (ATV) crash that happened on a trail near the intersection of Highway 10 and Squirelltown Road in New Albany on September 10 at around 12:50 p.m.
Investigation
The RCMP revealed after conducting an investigation that an ATV and a side-by-side were travelling in opposing directions when they collided on a bend.
A life flight was used to transport the 28-year-old Hampton resident who was operating the ATV to the hospital after suffering potentially fatal injuries.
Emergency Health Services sent an ATV passenger from Lawrencetown who had received some minor wounds to the hospital (EHS).
The driver of the side-by-side, a 63-year-old Wilmot resident, was sent to the hospital by EHS after suffering some minor injuries as a result of the collision.
47-year-old Dartmouth resident and a female passenger in the side-by-side vehicle was uninjured. The investigation is still ongoing at this time.
