5 individuals, who are all connected, were struck by a black Alfa Romeo outside of a multi-story car park in Ramsgate, Kent, authorities said.
A man in his 80s and a woman in her 30s passed away. It happens less than an hour after the incident on Wednesday night. Although a girl in primary school was brought to a hospital in London for treatment.
A young youngster and a man in his 40s both suffered minor injuries. Also 30-year-old Ramsgate man was detained on suspicion of causing death by reckless driving and fleeing the scene of an accident.
He is receiving treatment at the clinic for minor mishaps.

He is currently seeking treatment for minor injuries in a hospital.
