Three days after becoming suddenly ill, 50-year-old Rocko Mckinstry from Kilkinamurry passed away early on Saturday morning (December 17).
He was Jenny’s devoted husband and a cherished father to Lydia, Kimberly, Leah, and Bethany.

He wrote,
“It’s with great sadness I inform you of the passing of Rocko Ian Mckinstry a Brother off Andrea,s and Brother in law to myself . Taken far to soon we all loved you Rocko .💔💔💔💔💔💔💔”
Jenny, Rocko’s grieving wife, said:
“Rocko and I have been together for 34 years. I met him when I was 13, and I can’t remember life without him. We were best friends and soul mates.”
“I had talked about getting a new engagement ring and wedding ring and, about a month ago, we went and chose the rings. We were due to collect them last Friday… I got them on Monday, and they are so precious to me now.”
