The Valencia rider, Stephen James L. Guibone Jr. also known as “WAY KALAG” passed away on April 5, 2023. He was only 22 years old.
The death news of Guibone was posted by Teves MX Park on its Facebook page. The statement reads,
“We’re sorry to share with you that the motocross community has lost one of its own. Stephen James “WAY KALAG” L. Guibone Jr. #222 has tragically passed away.”
“Jr Guibone was the Overall Open Enduro & Intermediate class Champion and an incredibly talented rider who lived life on the edge, he was a true inspiration to many. The world has lost a true champion, and his legacy will continue to live on through their passion for Motocross.
Our deepest condolences go out to their loved ones during this difficult time. We will miss you Jr Guibone, Rest in Peace.”
He sadly passed away a day after his birthday on April 5, 2023. The young rider will be greatly missed by his friends and family members.

Stephen James L. Guibone Jr. was a talented rider from Valencia, Philippines. He was a G-Brother Racing Team – Valencia, Bukidnon Champion. He competed with many professional Riders during his teenage days itself.

He was also a Overall Open Enduro & Intermediate class Champion. Guibone participated in many racing competition and brought so many proud to Valencia MotorSports community.
