Police in Pennsylvania have charged a guy after discovering that a truck intentionally killed another man. The victim’s loved ones were shocked to hear this terrible news.

We learned that this incident resulted in the death of Mark Boyle, father of three a beloved resident of Tamaqua, Pennsylvania.

Man intentionally hit, killed by a truck 

Police in Schuylkill County reports that a man has been charged with murder after allegedly running over the proprietor of a welding company at his own company.

As per the authorities, it took place on Wednesday at around 6 p.m. in the 700 block of Penn Drive in West Penn Township. Mark T. Boyle Welding & Industrial Sandblasting is located at that address.

According to investigators, a triaxle vehicle, or dump truck, purposely struck Mark T. Boyle, 35. A helicopter was requested as first responders arrived at the scene quickly.

Boyle was transported to Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest, where doctors there declared him dead, according to township police.

Who is the suspect?

PA Tamaqua – After running over a guy with a dump truck, a man was charged with murder.

Following an unidentified argument at a mechanic, 60-year-old Michael Albert has been charged with 3rd-degree murder for running over a guy yesterday around 700 Penn Drive in West Penn Township.

Soon after the argument, Albert’s dump truck struck the man. The victim passed away from his wounds in a nearby hospital. We wish his friends and family the best as they struggle to cope with this horrible event.

At the moment, Michael Albert is being detained at the Schuylkill County Jail. The date of his arraignment is August 15. We can only pray that he is never caught for his crimes.

He is being jailed without bond in the Schuylkill County Jail. Police made no comments regarding a potential reason.

He had a contagious smile that could brighten any room, and a devoted husband, father, and friend. Mark enthusiastically participated in community projects throughout his life, always looking for ways to make a difference.

He was a devoted volunteer who frequently participated in community service activities and was always willing to assist people in need.
