Just before 8 a.m. on Wednesday, emergency services were summoned to Pencester Gardens in Dover due to reports of a major incident.

The hazardous area response team (HART), which is made up of paramedics skilled in entering “hot zones” of significant incidents, was sent to the scene.
The fatality was verified by a spokeswoman for the South East Coast Ambulance Service.They stated: “We were summoned to a major incident at Pencester Gardens in Dover this morning, August 3, 2022, at 7:42 a.m.
“We promptly sent several clinical resources, including our HART team and Critical Care Paramedics, to the location, but regrettably, a teenage male was confirmed dead at the scene,” the statement continued.
In addition to this, the South East Coast Ambulance Service called Kent Police at 7:45 a.m. on Wednesday, August 3, 2022, after a teenage male was hurt at a funfair location in Pencester Gardens, Dover.
Therefore, The kid was declared dead at the scene after officers and the Kent Fire and Rescue Service arrived.
Forrest Amusements’s representative said the company would release a statement later but declined to comment further.
According to its website, it was established in 1889 and is the county’s top supplier of funfair attractions.
Also, a witness reported seeing “three ambulances, a few fire trucks, and some police cars along Pencester Road, which was shut off,” to the PA news agency.
