Mary Alice Smith, also known as Mary Alice, was a theatre, film, and television actress from the United States.

Mary Alice made her cinematic debut in The Education of Sonny Carson in 1974, and she later made appearances in Police Woman and Sanford and Son on television. In 2005, Alice ended her career in acting.
