Brooks Tiedeman, the young and passionate baseball player of Shullsburg/Benton Fever Baseball team passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, September 19, 2023. Read on to know more about his death.

What happened to Brooks Tiedeman?

Brooks Tiedeman who was hospitalized in Milwaukee after a car accident, passed away on September 19, 2023.

One of his family members, Claire Tiedeman shared this sad news on social media, saying,

On behalf of me and my family, we are extremely saddened to share the news that due to the severity of the accident, Brooks did not regain consciousness. We genuinely thank each and every one of you for your kind comments, thoughts, and prayers for this unimaginable devastation. As many of you know Brooksie, he will be deeply missed by the community.

We are extremely distraught, lost, overwhelmed, and confused at this time, and know lots of you are asking how to help. In lieu of all cards, flowers, gifts, and cash please donate to Saint Jude’s Children’s Hospital in Brooks Tiedeman’s name.

Brooksie will be deeply missed and our lives will be forever changed, not just for us but for many, many others. We love you Brooksie- The Tiedemans

Brooks Tiedeman cause of death:

Brooks Tiedeman was involved in a tragic car accident and he was rushed to Saint Mary’s Hospital in Milwaukee while in critical condition despite undergoing a CT scan and anxiously awaiting the results along with a scheduled MRI we received the the devastating news of his passing.

Tiedeman was not just a baseball player, he was also a cherished member of the Shullsburg/Benton Fever Baseball team, which competes in the Wisconsin home Talent Baseball League hosting its home games in Schulzburg Wisconsin.

Accident explained:

Brooks involved in a severe car accident and was admitted in critical condition at St. Mary’s in Milwaukee. After having CT scans and scheduled for MRI, he passed away suddenly in a hospital on September 19, 2023.

The circumstances surrounding the tragedy are still being investigated, and law enforcement officers are working hard to determine what happened. 

He leaves behind his loving parents, Jim and Rose Tiedeman. Brooks possessed a heart of gold and radiated positive energy wherever he went.

Brooks Tiedeman was born and raised in Benton Wisconsin according to his Facebook profile. He graduated from Benton High School in Benton Wisconsin.

After High School, he went on to study at the University of Wisconsin-whitewater, Brooks gained widespread recognition as a prominent baseball player during his tenure with the Benton Fever Baseball Team.
