I just wanted to say the local music scene has lost one of the best. Regi Batchelor passed away last night, but we don’t know what the cause was. Please remember her family in your thoughts and prayers.
Who was Regi Batchelor?
Regi Batchelor was a famous female vocalist who sang for the Indiana music band, ‘Triggerhead’.
The band plays a wide variety of music from classic rock to classic country to blues to new popular music in short. There were six singers in the band. But, she was the main singer of the band and was renowned for her amazing voice!

The most talented singer Regi Batchelor passed away on September 13, 2023. It was known that, she suffered an autoimmune disease. However, Regi’s cause of death was not officially announced yet.
One of her friend, Kim Prano Boone also posted about her death saying,
RIP you sweet soul. Im know your singing up in heaven with the Angels. Regi Batchelor you will be so very missed by many. Love ya, girl
Regi started playing music in the Wabash Valley and continued to play with Triggerhead band with her friends. She left behind her husband, Ricky and her daughter.

The members of the Addiction band are deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Regi, lead singer of the Triggerhead band. Regi and her husband Ricky along with other members of the Triggerhead band have always been very supportive of our band over the years and they were always a welcome sight to see when we played in the Brazil area.
Also, Addiction lead guitar player Dan Lindsey, played guitar for Regi in the Flashpoint band from 2006-2011 and became very close friends.
