Kurt Polidano began his career at the Mqabba FC nursery and also played youth football for Birkirkara FC. He played for the amateur team Qrendi Sparrows AFC and served as a nursery coach for Mqabba FC and Qrendi FC.

Kurt Polidano made his Mqabba Senior team debut against San Gwann in the final league MD20 game of the Bov Challenge League Season 2021/2022. It should be noted that Kurt spent the entire season as the backup goalkeeper for the Mqabba senior team.
At the age of 22 years, 9 months, and 26 days, Kurt made his debut in the 46th minute of the game, replacing U19 goalkeeper Gerson Mifsud.

Luke Polidano, the brother of Kurt Polidano, also posted on Facebook about the tragedy and expressed his sorrow.

“She was with you and always will be, you left us too soon but I hope you are in a better place and you are holding your hand over us thank you for everything Kurt and I love you, rest in peace anglo tana
the funeral of a loved one will take place tomorrow at 9:30 in the morning at the church of Qrendi.”
