“It is with a sad heart that we share Keli and Ivan Montalvo lost their beloved daughter, Olyvia on July 5, 2023. Olyvia was 14 years old and loved sports, especially softball and volleyball. She will be missed by many but especially by her family. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family during this very difficult time.
We have created this fundraiser in hopes to rally together as a community and relieve some of the financial burden to the Montalvo family whom we love dearly. All proceeds will go directly to the family in their time of need. Any donations will be sincerely appreciated. If you are unable to donate please keep them in your prayers. Before the game, the 2009 Buckeye Heat and the 2008 Miami Valley Express prayed for Olyvia Montalvo. She participated in the 12-year-old 5-Alarm Classic tournament and would have been a first-year student at Fredericktown High School.

Her three elder sisters have also participated in travel ball. She and her family were well-known to many of the girls in the central and northern Ohio softball community. She has an older sister who competes with Lasers Green.

A lot of the girls from the central and northern Ohio softball family knew her and her family well. Her older sister plays on a Lasers Green team.

Buckeye Heat 09 team wore stickers on their helmets today and will continue to wear them and play for her. Softball is about family and more than just a game ❤️🥎”
