Tavia Paige Copley’s grandmother shared the following message to announce her granddaughter’s passing:
She wrote: “I regretfully inform everyone that my granddaughter, Tavia Paige Copley, was shot tonight and has passed away. She was celebrating her birthday, which was due this Friday. She would have turned 25 years old.”
