Two individuals, Mason Neises, aged 23 from Alexandria, and Josh Mason, aged 26 from Moscow, OH, have been tragically pronounced dead after several agencies responded to a reported drowning in Bromley, Kentucky, as stated by the Park Hills police.

Tragic Drowning Incident in Bromley, Kentucky

Two individuals have been tragically pronounced dead, and another person was transported to the hospital following a response by various agencies to a reported drowning in Bromley, Kentucky, as reported by the Park Hills police.

The incident occurred around 11:54 a.m. on Thursday when the Park Hills Police Department, Villa Hills Police Department, and Ludlow Police Department were dispatched to the area of 2 Steve Tanner St. in Bromley.

According to a preliminary investigation, workers and contractors for Sanitation District 1 were engaged in work within a confined space when, for reasons yet unknown, the workers became entrapped.

Although one worker declined medical attention at the scene, they were later taken to a nearby hospital by family members. Emergency officials noted that the individual was conscious and alert during the transfer to the hospital.

Overnight on Friday, officials at the scene confirmed the recovery of both bodies. The victims have been identified as 23-year-old Mason Neises from Alexandria, Kentucky, and 26-year-old Josh Mason from Moscow, Ohio.

The bodies have been transported to Frankfort, Kentucky, at the request of the Kenton County Coroner for autopsies and further forensic analysis.
