  1. Dr Pile I have you your flowers while you were alive….I am high risk mother of 10 bc of you, your dedication, and your respect for black women who often lean on an unjust and unfair system….With you, many high risk moms are only mom’s bc of you. We shared a many of laughs, we talked about life and I have thanked you in numerous of ways. From the picture of one of my daughter that you did CPR on at birth that sits on you office shelf, the poem I wrote you that you proudly displayed back in oct of 2013, to my last son being named after you back in April…you gave me the gift of motherhood x10 and I thank you. To Dr Piles family, I thank you for sharing him with St Louis. It’s a joy I get everytime someone asks me, “what’s your baby’s name” and I get to smile and say…”Oh that’s my little Aaron Pile”….the only regret I have is that I didn’t do one thing you asked me…you asked me to take a pic with all my kids so you could hang us up on the wall in your office….damn I was working on a Christmas gift for you…a wall calendar until I could gather all the kids….I love you more than I can express….Many praise the two people who gave them life, but I always made sure I praised the man who brought my babies into this world….You are missed, but you are where you have always been….in my heart.❤️ Love Always Sherri

  2. I feel great sadness after learning of the passing of Dr. Aaron Pile. Dr. Pile delivered 3 of my four children. He did not deliver my first child but assured me I could safely have more children and educated me on birth after a cesarean. I am eternally grateful for the care over my life and the life of my babies and the care Dr. Pile provided to my daughter whom he delivered during her first pregnancy. I will always remember him telling me “You’re no spring chicken…” Rest easy Dr. Pile, we love you!! I will never forget you!!! Thank you for your care and projection of so many of us. Your impact on our community is invaluable and everlasting!
