What happened to Brandon Downs?

Brandon Downs, an owner of TintWorx LLC from Ohio passed away unexpectedly. Chrissy Peter posted this sad news on social media saying,

Brandon Downs… my heart and soul are so sad to hear about your passing… I am having so many flashbacks to our younger days when you first moved here… your heart was so big and full of life… always sweet with your smile and charm and always looking so fresh… I am so proud of your accomplishments in life and all of your talents… I will keep you close and near to my heart. Love you and miss you, friend. 

Brandon Downs cause of death:

Brandon Downs passed away suddenly leaving his friends and family members in deep sorrow. This unexpected loss made everyone who him in a deep sorrow.

His partner, Lindsey Large confirmed this sad news, saying,

It destroys me to make this post!!
As most of you know we lost Brandon late last night!! I don’t know what to do…I’ve lost my best friend! My ride or die!! This world will never be the same!! He was one of a kind!! For everyone that has contacted me, sorry for no response but understand I see it and appreciate it so much!! I will keep everyone posted when I found out more info on the arrangements! Please keep our family and friends in your thoughts!

We have been trying to reach out to the family and relatives for comment on the incident. So far no responses have been received.

Who was Brandon Downs?

Brandon Downs was an owner of TintWorx llc. TintWorx provides complete on-site mobile service for commercial, residential, and automotive window tinting needs. It was locted at Circleville OH.

Over the years, Downs’ full-time job at a detail, trim, and more shop flourished, and with perseverance and hard work, and he took it as a full-time career. For him, the car scene has become a source of income, branching off of the Take Back the strip events that commenced in 2020.

He shared about his business in an interview, saying, “It started back in 2013, working at Perfection for Richard Roads, running Ideal Accessories. I’d never even attempted window tinting before up until this point. My first couple of cars were a disaster.”

Brandon’s Tint business:

Brandon shared his business experience, and said, “In 2014, I transferred to an auto accessories shop located across the street from the fairgrounds in Circleville, owned by Rick Davis. This is where I really started to take on an interest and tried to perfect my skill level.

After a couple of years, I decided to go out on my own and give it a shot and gather my own clients. I started with a couple of cars a month, and with the help of people sharing on Facebook, everything began to take off for me. Pretty soon, I was up to a car a night through the week.

And multiple on the weekends, all while trying to juggle a full-time job. After years of learning and building, I’ve stepped away from my full-time job of 7 years to try and continue to create something Circleville doesn’t have. We’ve brought back cruising but have yet to have a local shop that does accessories around here anymore.

My goal from here is to create a business that you could bring your vehicle in and have everything from window tint, aftermarket lighting, audio, video, or even just to have a good deep detail done to get it back and looking like new.”
