Please share! My sweet friend Ashleigh just lost her husband to cancer this morning. I watched our community come together for my family during Matt’s battle with this horrible disease. Let’s show Ashleigh and her daughter some love and support.
Today, my heart weighs heavy. No matter how much we try to prepare ourselves, it still hurts. Benelisha, you fought the fight, you fought it hard, you single-handedly made such an impact on so many lives, mine included. Rest easy, my friend, we got it from here ~ ‘Miss Tonya’
My former co-worker used to tell me to keep an eye out for his son, Anthony, on wildland fires. I don’t think we ever met, but this news still hits hard. Cancer is the No. 1 killer of firefighters.
